Membership Benefits
Sparks Heritage Museum memberships give our patrons special access and opportunities in our museum as well as discounts to local restaurants.
Standard memberships give patrons a membership card, free admission to the museum’s galleries, discounts in the museum store, invitations to museum events, and The Headlight – our quarterly newsletter. They also enjoy special discounts at partnering restaurants in Sparks such as The Blind Onion and Firehouse Subs.
Expanded memberships give patrons all the benefits of a standard membership plus automatic enrollment in the Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM), a museum program offering free admission to over 400 museums in North America!

Patrons with Lifetime Expanded Memberships will also receive an exclusive Day at the Museum (which includes private tours and refreshments) and an acknowledgement on the museum’s Recognition Wall. Tours must be scheduled in advance and confirmed.
Fees collected for memberships enable the Sparks Heritage Museum to continue sustaining our community’s heritage and to keep creating opportunities for entertainment and learning through educational programs and exhibits.
Membership Levels
Standard Memberships:
Passenger Level – $30
Brakeman Level (Includes one family member/guest) – $50
Expanded Memberships:
Fireman Level (w/ two guest passes annually) – $100
Conductor Membership (w/ four guest passes annually) – $250
Engineer Membership (w/ six guest passes annually) – $500
Lifetime Membership (w/ six guest passes) – $1,000
Lifetime Membership (Couple, w/ six guest passes) – $1,500

To register as a member of the Sparks Heritage Museum, please stop by in person to fill out and submit our Membership Registration Form. Alternatively, please call us at (775) 355-1144 or email info@sparksmuseum.org for assistance with registration.
